Payment
|
One-half of your rent is due within five days of holding your
reservation. The remaining balance and registration form are due 30
days prior to check-in.

Damage Deposit

A $200 deposit will be collected upon your arrival. We will return it
to you by mail after our housekeeper has been through the house.

Rent payments will be refunded only if enough notice is given to allow
reserved time to be rented to another party.

We will send check-in instructions to you after we receive your final rent
payment. On your departure day our housekeeper will arrive at the house at
9:45 am. Please leave the keys with her. |

No Smoking/No Pets

Our vacation rentals are smoke-free properties. Pets are not allowed. |
